The Subleaser is a website that gives information of any kind on The Subleasing Business in general.  The information given consists of a wide spectrum of subcategories ranging from the history, nature and tips&tricks of the business from where it stands within the Real Estate sector.

The Subleaser was created by its founder Volkan Ersan, who started his professional career as a freelance Web Developer in New York after graduating from college in 2011.  He started working for one of the first subleasers of America as a social marketing/sales specialist during the Airbnb boom after the 2008 crash in West Los Angeles.  After learning the business in detail, he started his own housing firm, Global Homes LA in Westwood, Los Angeles.  Later, he sold his company to the original company that he learned the business from.  He is currently traveling the world while working on independent technoogy projects (Artificial Intelligence), and remotely giving consultation services to those who are passionate and want to learn more about housing and business.  Feel free to contact him if you have any business related questions and inquires.
